Remember - you need to only connect via Bluetooth if you want to change settings. Device does not need a constant Bluetooth connection and  once paired communicates with the key fob or Cloud server on a daily basis.

If you cannot connect to paired Monimoto from Settings tab, first make sure that you are connecting within a reliable Bluetooth range, f.e. 1-5 meters from the device.  

Note: If you had false alarms for a prolonged amount time and received 300-500 locations, your batteries could be empty and that could cause the issue.


Android

If your Monimoto has already been paired with your phone before and now you are trying to connect to it via Bluetooth, please make sure that Bluetooth is turned ON and that the Bluetooth logo is visible in the main toolbar at the top right corner. 


If you see an error message at the bottom as shown in the example, the general rule of thumb is to restart the Bluetooth on your phone by switching it off and back on, and try to connect again. Some phones (especially the ones with 6.0.1 Android version) need multiple attempts to connect. 


Another reason - it might be that your Monimoto has been restored to default parameters. If you have connected USB with batteries inside, you've reset the paired device to its default parameters, so you will not be able to connect unless your pair your device again. In this case, you will need to delete your device from the device list. Then pair as you did the first time.


iOS

If your Monimoto has already been paired with your phone before and now you are trying to connect to it via Bluetooth, please make sure that Bluetooth is turned ON and that the Bluetooth logo is visible in the main toolbar at the top right corner.

If it is not visible - go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and disable Bluetooth; then enable it again.

In general, first thing to do is to restart Bluetooth on your phone by switching it off and on again.
